Elevating platform capable of reaching 4.6m from ground level to suit A380 and future B777-900 aircraft. The elevating platform is equipped with two wing contactor wands preventing contact of the platform with the aircraft wing. The wands are configured to operate at a point 300 mm above the highest point on the elevating platform. Access to and from the elevating platform is via a ‘walk up / walk down’ stairway. The platform as standard is equipped with half depth logo panels. The platform standing area is 1,400 mm from ground level when in the lowered position.

The main fuelling pipework is constructed in grade 304L schedule 5 / 10s seamed stainless steel tubing. All bends are of the smooth radius type. All joints are flanged.

All pipework low points equipped with ¾” drain bosses and plugs

All pipework fully back purged with inert gas during the welding process to ensure full root penetration and minimise internal oxidation.
